Nashville is more than a destination.
It's a feeling.
For country music fans, there's simply no place like Nashville.
Your personal guide to Music City - by a country music fan, for country music fans.
I've been lucky enough to visit Nashville through both my work and my passion for country music. Every trip has introduced me to incredible people, unforgettable experiences, and places I couldn't wait to recommend.
After constantly sharing tips with friends before their trips, I decided to create this guide for anyone visiting Nashville - whether it's your very first time or your fifth.
Here you'll find my personal recommendations, trusted local tips, and experiences that I genuinely think are worth your time.
I'll continue adding new discoveries and recommendations whenever I get the chance to.
I hope it helps you fall in love with Nashville just as much as I have.
HOW THIS GUIDE WORKS
This isn't a list of every restaurant, bar or attraction in Nashville — and it's not meant to be.
It's a curated collection of places I love, recommendations from friends and locals, Nashville classics, and spots I've discovered along the way that are still on my own list to try.
You'll definitely find some of Nashville's biggest and most popular attractions here, too — and that's intentional. I'm a firm believer that there's absolutely nothing wrong with doing the “touristy” things, especially on your first visit. They're popular for a reason.
And that's one of my favorite things about Nashville: you'll never do it all in one trip. Every time you come back, there's somewhere new to eat, another bar to discover, a neighborhood you haven't explored yet — and probably a growing list of places you still haven't made it to.
So think of this guide as a mix of tried & loved, locally recommended and still on my Nashville bucket list.
Throughout this guide, you'll come across these symbols:
❤️ I've Been Here
